Set up the CLI

Node.js 22.12+

  1. Install

    npm install -g librarium

  2. Configure sources

    librarium setup

  3. Preview offline

    librarium research "Lisbon or Porto without a car?" --only exa --dry-run --json

  4. Research when ready

    librarium research "Lisbon or Porto without a car?" --only exa --json

Previewing makes no provider calls, so it costs nothing. Research calls your providers and bills to your API keys. See costs and limits.

Every answer stays with its citations. The command reference covers browsing, summaries, and export.
